My law practice focuses primarily on mediation and
arbitration of disputes arising from business or consumer
contracts, employment and discrimination, and property
matters including foreclosure.
I have worked as both an industrial engineer and as a
senior executive in a manufacturing and customer
service environment, and have extensive working
experience in unionized industries and services. That
experience can be helpful in disputes arising in those
environments. I have also been certified by the EEOC in
matters of discrimination investigation and decision
preparation, and that too can be helpful in cases of this
nature.
